Almost no business runs on a single application. There is a storefront, a payment gateway, a courier, a GST portal, a bank, an attendance device and usually something written years ago that nobody wants to touch. Every one that does not talk to the ERP becomes a person retyping data, and every retyped field is a future discrepancy.

Integration is core work here, not an afterthought. Common platforms are covered by tested connectors; everything else is built against a documented REST API with proper authentication, error handling and monitoring.

02What is in it

Connect the ERP to everything else you run

E-commerce, payment gateways, logistics, government portals, banking and in-house applications — connected through tested connectors and a documented REST API.

01

A line that sold out offline stops selling online

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and marketplace channels sync both ways. Orders arrive as sales orders and enter fulfilment automatically; stock pushes back the moment it moves. Catalogue sync keeps the ERP the single source of truth for what a product is and what it costs.

  • Two-way order, stock and catalogue sync
  • One inventory pool across channels
  • Automatic fulfilment and tracking updates
  • Multi-currency and multi-warehouse

02

Reconciliation becomes a daily glance

Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal and bank gateways handle collection, and settlements reconcile against invoices automatically instead of being matched by hand at month end. Bank statement feeds import daily, and recurring billing runs unattended.

  • Gateways with automatic settlement matching
  • Payment links on emailed invoices
  • Daily bank statement import and matching
  • Recurring and subscription billing

03

The filing is a consequence of the transaction

GST returns, e-invoicing with IRN generation and e-way bills are produced and filed against the government portals from the same transactions, so there is no separate compliance data entry and nothing to reconcile between what you filed and what you booked. TDS and TCS follow the same rule.

Includes

GST return preparation and filing · E-invoicing with IRN and QR · E-way bill generation and cancellation · TDS, TCS and payroll statutory outputs

04

Delivery status the system knows, not a field someone updates

Courier and transporter APIs pull live rates, push manifests and return tracking events. Biometric and RFID devices sync punches into HR and payroll, and machines exposing Modbus or OPC-UA feed run state and cycle counts into production reporting.

Includes

Courier rate, manifest and tracking APIs · Weighbridge, printer and scanner integration · Biometric and RFID attendance sync · Machine data over Modbus and OPC-UA

05

Customisation as code is what makes upgrades survivable

When your process has no standard equivalent we build it as a versioned application in source control. Code re-applies cleanly to a new ERPNext version. Configuration typed straight into a production site tends to disappear at the worst possible moment.

  • Custom doctypes, workflows and validation
  • Custom reports, print formats, portal pages
  • A versioned app in source control
  • Upgrade-safe by construction

Failures alert you before a customer notices

One dashboard shows every connected system with call volume, success rate and failure detail, so a broken connector is not found when somebody spots missing orders three days later.

Includes

Live integration health dashboard · Failure alerts with request/response logs · Rate limiting and OAuth 2.0 scoping · Sandbox for safe testing

03Integrations

API-first by design

Every module exposes REST endpoints with consistent authentication, filtering and pagination. Webhooks push events outward the moment they happen, so external systems react instead of polling.

Documentation includes worked examples. Projects ship with a test plan, a runbook and a named engineer who stays available after handover, and maintenance keeps connectors working as the platforms at the other end change their APIs.

04Outcomes

What integration actually buys you

The value is rarely the integration itself. It is what stops happening:

  • The same order stops being typed into three systems
  • Stock agrees across the website, the warehouse and the books
  • Compliance filings match the transactions they came from
  • Delivery status is live, not a field someone updates
  • Reconciliation is a daily glance, not a month-end project
  • Integration failures alert you, rather than a customer

See it running on your own numbers

A demo on sample data proves very little. Send us a week of your real documents and the same screens come back with your business in them, before anyone signs anything.
