Buying ERP software is the cheap part of an ERP project. The expensive parts are working out what your business actually does, migrating a decade of messy data, getting a hundred people to change their habits on a Monday morning, and keeping the thing healthy for the ten years after that.
These are the six services we sell. Every one of them is delivered by the same team, and the engineers who scope your system are the engineers who answer the phone in year three.

Six services, one team behind all of them
Most clients buy several together. Each one is also sold on its own, including on a system somebody else implemented and walked away from.
Six phases, written down before we start
Deliberately unremarkable, and followed every time. That is what makes a go-live date something you can plan a financial year around.
- 01
Discovery
We document how work actually moves today and map the gaps against the ERP. Phases, owners and dates go into a written scope before anything is built.
- 02
Configuration
Chart of accounts, numbering, approval chains, roles and permissions follow your policies. Industry modules are tuned, not written from scratch.
- 03
Custom build
Whatever standard ERP will not do, we build: versioned code in a custom app, never one-off patches on a live site.
- 04
Data migration
Masters, opening balances and history from Tally, Excel or the legacy system, reconciled to the rupee against your trial balance before sign-off.
- 05
Training & go-live
Role-based training on your own data, written SOPs, on-site or remote cover through the first close. Hypercare ends when the daily questions do.
- 06
Run & improve
Managed support, monitoring and upgrades. Quarterly reviews name the next module worth adding, unprompted.
Three things that do not change from project to project
Scope, dates and deliverables get argued over on every engagement, and they should be. These three are settled before the argument starts.
How we work- You pay to build it, not to log in
- One-time build cost, unlimited users. Add the shop floor, every branch and the sales team without a per-seat line on the invoice.
- You own the stack, all the way down
- ERPNext and Frappe underneath: open source, self-hostable, no proprietary lock-in. Take the code and the database whenever you want.
- The people who scope it are the ones who build it
- Same engineers through configuration, deployment and support. Nothing goes to an offshore delivery pool halfway through.
Tell us what is actually going wrong
Fifteen minutes on WhatsApp is usually enough to tell whether an ERP is the right answer for you. If it is not, we will say so.
