What the module actually does
Bin-level inventory: QR-coded locations, guided putaway, sequenced picking and rolling cycle counts, on the ERP you already run.

Six-level location hierarchy
Warehouse, zone, aisle, rack, shelf and bin, each QR-coded, with temperature-controlled, hazardous, quarantine and high-value handling built in.

Scan-verified movement
Putaway, picking, transfers and counts confirm the bin scanned, not the bin intended. Every movement is timestamped, attributed and reason-coded.

Guided putaway and allocation
Locations proposed from item velocity, size, weight and occupancy, so fast movers land near dispatch. An item across several bins is picked from the nearest.

Sequenced picking
Wave picking batches orders into a single route. Travel time typically drops around 40%.

Rolling cycle counts
Risk-weighted, bin-by-bin verification while the warehouse runs. Variances are reason-coded, adjustments approval-controlled.
